Seven-day residential practice. Four participants.
Seven days. One space. Four participants. Three sessions daily. Once a year. The practice does not pause. The day begins with it and ends with it. What is between sessions is not separate from them. This is the Temple Training.
SUIKIDO Praktikos works with all three directions of The Undivided Art together: Restorative Movement and therapeutic stretching, continuing Kappō 活法; Kinetic Movement, continuing Taijutsu 體術; and Martial Art, continuing Sappō 殺法.
